Description

Work with employees across all departments to ensure that the office environment runs smoothly.

Manage office equipment such as computers and monitors, as well as kitchen and stationery supplies, e.g. snacks, swag, and notebooks.

Liaise with our suppliers across Health & Safety, internet, cleaning, and security access.

Coordinate team events, e.g. yoga, office drinks, massages, and adventure breakfasts.

Be our first point of contact at the front desk to welcome our business partners and candidates.

Provide some admin support to HR, Finance, and Operations as needed.

Requirements

Some experience in office/facility management.

Startup experience is preferred.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong work ethic.

Flexible, reliable, and willing to take on more responsibility as the role evolves.
