Our Operations team supports launching, scaling and managing Citymapper’s newest products - Ride and Pass. You will help writing the playbook and figuring out how to scale processes efficiently while working with senior management.
We’ve scaled Ride to cover zones 1 & 2 and as part of that the ops team has dealt with everything from signing up & training drivers to managing live operations and ensuring a high quality service. Ops’ remit is much broader and among other things covers providing customer support to our riders and ensuring we have the best pickup stops.
Pass is our most recent product and our ops team is providing support to our new customers. As we scale this part of the company up, ops will help develop new playbooks to make sure we are providing the best experience.

2-5 years experience at leading tech/fast-growing/consulting company in an operational role
Experience in a startup is viewed favourably
