Work closely with senior team members on the operational aspects of Smartbus, Smart Ride and other projects. Help setup processes and manage the madness that it takes to scale. Coordinate with external partners, operators and drivers to keep things running.
We're looking for someone with a practical attitude to solve problems real-time, and an openness to get your hands dirty in the day-to-day operational aspects of a mobility start-up.
2-5 years experience at leading tech company in an operational role
Experience in a startup is viewed favourably
Open to work in shifts
Strong problem solving and can do mindset
